Der Palast der minoischen Kultur wurde ab 1900 von Sir Arthur Evans ausgegraben und teilweise rekonstruiert, und er liegt nur rund f\u00fcnf Kilometer von Iraklio entfernt. Infos zu Knossos gibt&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/de.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Knossos\">hier<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wissen.de\/lexikon\/knossos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hier<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie zu erwarten war, war es entsprechend hei\u00df (man ist ja schlie\u00dflich in Griechenland). Nach einer ausgiebigen Erkundung von Knossos sahen wir uns noch etwas im Hinterland um. Abseits der Hauptstra\u00dfe ging es \u00fcber staubige Pisten durch Olivenhaine, mit weiten Ausblicken \u00fcber die H\u00fcgellandschaft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Immer wieder mal empfehlenswert: Einfach mal von der Hauptstra\u00dfe abbiegen und sehen, was da kommt (gute Stra\u00dfenkarte nat\u00fcrlich vorausgesetzt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-jetpack-slideshow
