Im Inneren hatte er 32kB RAM (Modell A hatte 16kB) und eine 6502 CPU, die normalerweise von Rockwell hergestellt wurde. Der Rechner hatte mehr E\/A-Anschl\u00fcsse als andere britische Computer: Nicht nur eine 1MHz-Bus-Erweiterung, sondern auch einen &#8222;Tube&#8220;-Bus, der es erm\u00f6glichte, andere Prozessoren an den Computer anzuschlie\u00dfen. Tube erm\u00f6glicht den Anschluss eines zweiten 6502 f\u00fcr Grafikanwendungen oder eines ARM-Prozessors. Mit ARM ausgestattete BBC Micros wurden als Entwicklungskits f\u00fcr sp\u00e4tere Acorn ARM-Computer verwendet. Durch den Anschluss des Z80 an Tube konnte der BBC Micro mit CP\/M-Programmen betrieben werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<table id=\"tablepress-272\" class=\"tablepress tablepress-id-272\">\n<tbody
